1.How to book?
Choose tour packages. Click “Get Your Trip” to make a booking. Fill in booking detail then click “Book now”.  Fill in travellers’ details and contact information.  Choose payment option. Once the payment is successfully made, confirmation email will be sent to your email. Shortly, our team will contact you via email regarding the appoint time and detail of the tour packages (usually within 1 business day). If you do not receive an email by us, the reason might be that it is a public holiday in Thailand on that day. However, if you still do not receive our confirmation email within 3 days (please also check your junk mailbox), please send us an email at booking@tropical-voyages.com

2.What are our pricing conditions?

Prices listed on the Website are per person sharing a double or twin room, unless otherwise specified or a single supplement is charged for a single room.

Before the confirmation of bookings, price quotations can be changed without notice

Prices are in Thai Baht.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, international transportation tax, flights, personal expenses, baggage and personal insurance, beverages for lunch and dinner and any that are not specifically listed as included, optional ours, tips to guides/ to bell boys/ to drivers (although tips is not obligatory in Thailand)

3. What are the payment methods?

Credit Card  

You can make a payment online by credit card. When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Tropical Voyages will collect your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. The accepted credit cards are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. No deposit must be made. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Tropical Voyages on the credit or debit card statement.

Your payment will be processed through a secure online system by Bangkok Bank. They will not share your credit card information with us.

4.Can I change my purchased package?

Amending Bookings

All booking modifications and amendments must be directed to the Customer Service Team who will process the request at booking@tropical-voyages.com

Remarks : We cannot guarantee the success of the date change request since it is subjected to the availability of the  service providers such as Hotels availability, travel specialists availability, transportation. But we will try our best.

5.Can I cancel & refund my purchased package ?

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made through email. (booking@tropical-voyages.com)

Canceling a booking can result in cancellation fees being applied by Tropical Voyages, as outlined below.

Cancel at least 15 days ahead of the confirmed travel date No fees charged
Cancel between 8 to 14 days ahead of the confirmed travel date Charge 50%
Cancel less than 7 days ahead of the confirmed travel date Charge 100%
No shows Charge 100%
